Presidential Search Update

The Board of Regents Advisory Committee on the Presidential Search for the University of Hawai`i has begun reviewing applications and nominations for the presidency.

As of November 15, the board's consulting firm - Heidrick & Struggles - had received fifty nominations and applications, and will continue to accept nominations and applications.

The committee's review will continue along the timeline announced by the board over the summer.

James Kimo Yamaguchi has resigned from the advisory committee. Walter P. Niemczura, manager, mass spectrometer facility, chemistry department, is now serving on the committee, representing UH administrative support staff.
