UH law graduates show what they know Graduates of the University of Hawai'i's William S. Richardson School of Law are outperforming Hawai'i state bar exam test takers from other law schools. The UH overall passage rate is 82.3%, making it higher than the state's overall rate of 74%. Of the 55 UH graduates who took the test for the first time in July 1998, 89.1% passed, while the state's overall first-timers' rate was 83%.
