Architecture lecture series welcomes Donald W.Y. Goo Nov. 4 Donald W. Y. Goo, FAIA, chairman of the board for Wimberly Allison Tong & Goo as well as an adjunct professor of the University of Hawai'i School of Architecture, will be a guest speaker for the 1998/99 School of Architecture Lecture Series. Goo will present "Hawaii's Changing Economy: An Architect's View," Wednesday, Nov. 4, at 7 p.m. in the School of Architecture Auditorium. Under the direction of Don Goo, Wimberly Allison Tong & Goo has developed into the world's number-one firm that specializes in designing for the world's largest industry-travel and tourism. As a leader in Hawaii's private sector, Don Goo has ideas about what has happened to Hawai'i and about possible future scenarios. These are the insights his audience can expect to hear November 4. |
