The University of Hawai'i Board of Regents will meet in Hilo this week. Public Committee Sessions Thursday, Sept. 10, beginning at 1:30 p.m. September Board Meeting Friday, Sept. 11, beginning at 8:30 a.m. University of Hawai'i at Hilo Campus Center Room 306­7   Agenda topics include: Program status of UH Hilo's BS in nursing and BA in marine science programs and establishment of a College of Hawaiian Language on the campus. Establishment of the Office of the University General Counsel. Establishment of a service fee for patients of the UH Manoa Dental Hygiene Clinic. Reports on budget planning, the UH endowment, grants to the University and gifts to the UH Foundation.
