UH Christmas gifts pt. 2   Only seven days left until Christmas. Do you know what you're getting your loved ones? The University of Hawaii can help. Christmas music is as much a part of the holiday as the Christmas tree. UH Manoa Assistant Professor Timothy Carney has put together a choral CD. "Po La'i E-Silent Night Christmas with Hawai'i Vocal Arts Ensemble" is a combination of traditional and unusual songs sung in various languages. Carney says the CD will contain about 15 songs and is a unique gift for yourself as well as others. How about food or wine seminars for that person on your list who likes try new things? The College of Continuing Education and Community Services will be offering seminars and classes beginning in January. Participants must be 21 years of age to attend wine classes.
