University Health Services Fair
Want to check your body fat content, blood pressure and vision? Then stop by the University of Hawaii Health Fair March 17th sponsored by UH's Health Services Center. From 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 in the afternoon, you can talk to health professional about health-related topics like AIDS, family planning and nutrition. There'll be interactive nutrition games, free lomilomi massages, lectures by health professionals including Dr. Terry Shintani of the Waianae Diet. Plus, free health food samples and music provided by UH's own radio station. And while you're at the fair, don't forget to enter the raffle to win HawaiiDiet cookbooks, Kokua Market gift certificates, lomilomi massage gift certificates, T-shirts and more! The Health and Wellness Fair is part of an effort to publicize University Health Services newly expanded role on campus to provide low-cost comprehensive health care to students, faculty and staff.
