UH pledges to create rape-free campuses

University of Hawai‘i Interim President David McClain announced plans to boost security for students at all UH campuses. The university is committed to spending an additional $1.6 million in its upcoming biennium budget to boost security at its 10 campuses systemwide, McClain said.
