EXCHANGES AND SITUATIONS WANTED

Returning UH Professor on sabbatical with family looking for 2-3 bedroom home/apartment/condo for 2019-20 school year (approximately July 2019-July 2020).  We hope to be on Honolulu side, commuting to UH. Please contact Jenny jmd@hawaii.edu.  Mahalo!

I’m a retired faculty member from UC Santa Cruz. My son is in graduate school at UHM and I want to spend either half the year or the entire academic year next year in Honolulu, working on a book. I’m definitely looking for a place to rent for the Spring semester next year, roughly Jan - June, 2020. I might possibly need a place for the Fall as well, Oct-Dec. I own my house in Santa Cruz, CA, and will be renting it out while I’m here. It’s a large 2-bedroom, 1-bath home on a large lot with fruit trees, centrally located and close to beaches, the University, downtown. I would also welcome a house exchange. I have local references. Please contact me at murphysharman@gmail.com

Particularly beware of advance payment by cashier checks and money orders as these frequently turn out to be stolen.
