Project METALS’s goals are to: provide professional development activities to teachers, administrators, and support staff of the McKinley Complex; help build the capacity of the McKinley Complex and Hawaii Department of Education to address current and future needs in ESL education; and strengthen the school climate and home-school relations in McKinley Complex schools.
