Research Interests:

I'm currently involved in a project focused on the rearing of Pristipomoides filamentosus (i.e., Opakapaka/Hawaiian Pink Snapper). My research is centered on the study of predator prey interactions with regards to the use of the paracalanid copepod Parvocalanus crassirostris as a first feed for the rearing of larval P. filamentosus.
