Linda Saiki

Linda Saiki is administrative officer in the business office at Leeward Community College. She has 20 years of experience in the university system, currently overseeing the procurement, disbursing, cashiering, property management and payroll functions for the college. Saiki is a highly dedicated professional who always puts the best interest of the college as top priority.
She has coordinated the S.P.A. Workshop (Summer Prep Academy), created the college’s business home page, was selected to participate in the Emerging Leaders Program, served on the Taste of the Stars and L‘ulu committee and has volunteered on the Ala Ike Fair committee.
Her colleagues agree that Saiki believes in teamwork, fairness and equality; leads with encouragement and a can-do attitude; and gives unselfishly of her time and knowledge.
The Leeward Community College Chancellor’s Award recognizes a civil service or administrative, professional and technical employee for outstanding demonstrated work performance, service, leadership and/or fostering of excellence in higher education.
