Fusion is an accessibility software tool for individuals with vision impairment utilizing Windows computers. Fusion includes two products:

• ZoomText – which provides screen magnification and visual enhancements for screen viewing ease
• JAWS – which provides a screen reader

All active UH faculty, staff and students are entitled to download and install Fusion on up to 3 of their personal devices.  This requires registering your hawaii.edu email address and downloading the software at https://portal.freedomscientific.com/SponsoredSoftware

For UH-owned computers, a licensed installer is available for active faculty/staff at https://www.hawaii.edu/software.  These can be installed in computer labs or on office computers, kiosks, etc, and are not limited by hawaii.edu email addresses.
