Announcing Joint COA and HPGS Scholarships in Aging for 2020
The UH Center on Aging and Hawaii Pacific Gerontological Society is proud to announce a scholarship for students with a serious interest in a career in aging, long-term care, and/or death and dying. This year, one (1) $1500 scholarship will be given to a UH Nursing or Social Work undergraduate or graduate student. Deadline is Wednesday, July 8, 2020. Note, HPGS also awards other scholarships in aging. This year, two (2) undergraduate and two (2) graduate scholarships at $1500 each are open to students with a serious interest in aging, long-term care, and/or death and dying. The difference is that these awards are open to students from all universities and colleges statewide. Deadline is also Wednesday, July 8, 2020. See the 2nd flyer attached for application information.
