Tiana Fontanilla

Junior Epidemiologist (Junior Researcher)



Tiana Fontanilla is a Junior Epidemiologist (Junior Researcher) at the University of Hawaii at Manoa working on the Overdose Data to Action project and the Hawaii Opioid Initiative. She is also a member of the UH Human Studies Program’s Biomedical IRB. Tiana earned her Master of Public Health with a concentration in Epidemiology from UH Office of Public Health Studies. She previously worked with the Women’s Health Research Center (Division of Family Planning) in the JABSOM Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Women’s Health, where she coordinated activities of clinical research personnel and supported investigators in their research on abortion and contraception.
