Noh Sang-Kyoon

Noh Sang-Kyoon’s work has been shown in numerous exhibitions in Korea, the United States, and Europe, including the 1999 Venice Biennale. His paintings and sculptures, covered with thousands of sequins, contain a quiet, meditative quality. Meanwhile, Noh elevates the materials of popular culture and kitsch aesthetics to the realm of serious art.
