Lecture: Cultural Defense of Nations: Immigration and National Identity

Professor Orgad is a Fullbright Post-Doctoral Student at NYU Law School and an Assistant Professor of Law at the IDC Herzliya, Israel. His fields of research are immigration law, international law, minorities, and multiculturalism.

He graduated from Columbia Law School and spent some time at Harvard Law School and the Roosevelt Academy, the Netherlands. He is currently writing a book, Cultural Defense of Nations: A Liberal Theory of Majority Rights, which addresses immigration law in the United States, Europe, and Israel (Oxford University Press).
