Publishing in a New Media Era with Chance Carpenter and Matt Luttrell

Technology has reshaped the world -- society bemoans the death of print and the inevitability of the tablet revolution. Chance and Matt discuss the inspiration behind the launch of their new publication, nude - in the fall of 2013. For anyone who has ever dreamed of starting their own magazine, Chance and Matt reflect on their experiences and insights with integrating new media technology into the traditional publishing / business model.
Chance Carpenter and Matt Luttrell are the co-founders of nude, the Hawaiian Islands premiere surf publication. Printed quarterly, nude is a bilingual publication that is enhanced digitally with a free iTunes app. nude explores new methods of storytelling.
