The Will Weinstein Ethics Conversation Series presents Legal Ethics: Bargaining Ethics - An Oxymoron? featuring Ken Lawson, associate faculty specialist at the William S. Richardson School of Law; and Rick Fried, founding member of Cronin Fried Sekiya Kekina & Fairbanks. Whether closing a deal or settling a dispute, what does it mean to bargain ethically? What are the “rules of the game†in negotiation? When can you bluff, lie, threaten, deceive? Are there any limits on bargaining behavior?
