The American Constitution Society (ACS) will be hosting attorney Brian Black from the Civil Beat Law Center. He will give a presentation on his work to create more open government in Hawaii. Following Brian's talk, we will be screening the documentary - Shouting Fire: Stories From the Edge of Free Speech.
