Celebrate Valentines Day (and any other day of the year) with Chocolate! Alyssa Moreau will feature chocolate in all entrees of this very special class. Recipes will include Enchilada Stacks with contrasting Red Bell and Mole Sauces, a Green Salad w/ Chocolate Vinaigrette, and a special chocolate dessert. Explore some news ways to enjoy chocolate, the fruit of the Gods! Class fee: $25.
