Agriculture and Natural Resources and the Public: Crossing the Great Divide. NREM Research Seminar Series: Dr. M'Randa Sandlin: Assistant Researcher of Public Issues Educaton. Public Issues Education-Hawaii (PIE-HI) is a unit within CTAHR that is designed to bridge the information gap between agriculture and natural resources and the public. Through industry and public research, PIE-HI is able to facilitate information exchange through needs assessments, communication messaging, organizational leadership training, facilitation, educational programming, and more.
