Becky Wai-Ling Packard is the Director of the Weissman Center for Leadership and Professor of Psychology and Education at Mount Holyoke College. Author of “Successful STEM Mentoring Initiatives for Underrepresented Minoritiesâ€, Dr. Packard will offer practical recommendations so we can be intentional about our mentoring work. In doing so, we can improve the power of our impact on our students, our departments, and our fields.
