Prof. Vladimir Marinich will discuss "The Last Tsar's Intelligence and Security Agency" as part of the History Forum series. The talk is free and open to the public. Dr. Marinich will focus on the intelligence and security crises during the last few years of Tsar Nicholas II's reign. The conflicts among several governmental agencies and the Security Bureau led to confusion and contributed to the government's inability to stop the imminent Russian/Soviet Revolution of 1917. The talk will include rare photographic portraits of some of the key historical figures. Please join us.
