Hands-on practice will walk you step by step through processes that can be immediately applied to your own teams and organizations for dramatic, measurable improvements.

Instructor: Jamie Champagne is a senior business analyst with more than 14 years of work expertise in business analysis, project management, process improvement and knowledge management across multiple industries. In addition, Jamie has extensive experience building training programs and conducting facilitated and coaching sessions with clients to develop the skills of their teams as they work on process improvement and change management activities.
