CCBAC's Halloween Fest

Spooky movies, funky costumes and sweet candies, what better time than Halloween? Celebrate Halloween with CCB Activities Council during our virtual Halloween Fest event! Halloween Fest, from October 26th to October 30th, will be filled with festivities such as a Halloween costume contest, Halloween themed plate lunches you can purchase at the CC Food Court, and a DIY kit giveaway!

DIY KIT GIVEAWAY
We will give away 100 Silhouette Lamp DIY Kits. Kits include DIY instructions, a mason jar, fairy lights, black cardstock paper, glitter and a Halloween squishy. Reserve your DIY kit by filling out this form: https://forms.gle/R3hcgdn64ie2q2G5A. The form will be open on October 19th and will close when supplies run out. This is on a first come, first serve basis. DIY kits will be available for pick up at the CCB AC office or delivery. Only UHM students who have paid the MAN Student Center Programming Fee for the Fall 2020 semester are eligible to receive a DIY kit.

COSTUME CONTEST
Can’t show off your Halloween costume in person? Show it off online! The CCB Activities Council will host a virtual Halloween costume contest. Winners will receive either a $100 giftcard to the UH Bookstore or a pink Polaroid camera and case. Winners will be determined by the CCB AC staff in accordance with the criteria posted online. To enter, post a story tagging @uhmccbac on Instagram, or email ccbac@hawaii.edu a picture of your costume. We will accept submissions during the week of the event (October 26th to October 30th) and winners will be announced on the night of October 30th. Only UHM students who have paid the MAN Student Center Programming Fee for the Fall 2020 semester are eligible to win prizes.

HALLOWEEN THEMED PLATE LUNCH
Go to the CC Food Court from October 26th to October 30th between 10am to 2pm to purchase a Halloween themed plate lunch. This is in partnership with Manoa Dining Services - Sodexo. The first 75 people on each day can purchase one (1) Halloween themed plate lunch with a 12oz beverage for only $5.50 (while supplies last, open to everyone). See the menu below for each day:

-Monday 10/26: Witches Hair Pasta w/ Dracula’s Blood (Chicken Parmesan w/ Linguine and Marinara Sauce)
-Tuesday 10/27: “Bat Wings O Fire” w/ Ghost Curly Fries
-Wednesday 10/28: Seafood Cauldron of Spirits (Shrimp w/ Chicken, Sausage and Clams Jambalaya)
-Thursday 10/29: Mummy’s Meatloaf with Monster Mash and Warlock Gravy
-Friday 10/30: Chicken Katsu with Devilish Hot Curry Sauce
