Kanaka Maoli: Re-centering Indigenous Frameworks to be the Basis for Ethical and Equitable Innovation with Kamuela Enos and Dr. Kealoha Fox.

Kamuela Enos is the first Director of the Indigenous Innovation-Office of the Vice President for Research & Innovation, University of Hawaii. In this moderated session, he will share how the Indigenous peoples of Hawaii had calibrated systems that created abundance for current and future generations.

Join two long-time friends in a virtual mountain-side chat as they discuss how lived experience is guiding the University knowledge systems to develop solutions for contemporary contexts, with an explicit focus on developing enterprises optimized for the repair, restoration and regeneration of peoples and places.
