Mānoa Campus Add to Calendar

Please join Prof. Naiad Wong (History and Global Studies, Leeward Community College) for a tasty discussion of the history and significance of ketchup over centuries and across the world. What were the origins, evolution and uses of the recipe for what we all take granted on the table? How is ketchup related to other common sauces, including soy and fish sauces? The talk is free and on Zoom. Please contact Prof Peter H Hoffenberg at peterh@hawaii.edu for the Zoom invitation. Bring your appetite!
