Healthy Cooking for Kids

This class is for children AND their parents. Be ready for a fun, hands-on morning in the kitchen, and help your child learn about some easy, healthy, nutritious and kid-friendly eating options! You and your child will prepare and sample flax and date energy bars (a big hit in our kid's summer classes), creative musubis, tofu and veggie dippers and dipping sauces, and lettuce leaf tacos. This class is for children currently in grades k-5, and their parents (or grandparents, aunties etc). Registration required. Class fee $25 for a parent and child team.
