Learn this venerable Chinese martial arts to improve your mental and physical health. It is an excellent prescription for stress relief and is noted for increasing the mind's ability to focus. While strengthening and limbering the body, it also increases circulation and has been shown to lower blood pressure. It is a subtle and sophisticated martial art.
Beginners are encouraged to attend sessions beginning January, April, July, and October. Instructor: Staff Course fee: $25 + $15 lab fee (payable to instructor) Course code: N02HE122 Dates: 2/1-2/29 (no class 2/20) Day: Mon & Wed 8 mtgs.
