Signup and registration forms can be found at the Student Recreation Services Office on lower campus.
Men's Division: Dips/Deadlifts/Med Ball Slams (Fastest Times) Women's Division: Burpees (Fastest Times) Student participants may compete and test their times anytime during fitness center hours Monday-Sunday. Results will be updated daily. Prizes in all competing divisions. Free for UH Students only
