Dunham Technique & Haitian Dance

April 27, 9:30am - 11:00am
Mānoa Campus, Dance PE Studio 2

80-minute Dunham and Afro-Haitian dance class open to UH-Manoa students. The energizing warm-upincorporates the breathing technique and core strengthening exercises that Dunham is best known for, ultimately strengthening and stretching the whole body.

The essence of Haitian dance embodies the culture and history of the people. Each dance is different: meditative, exuberant, fun, explosive, empowering and most of all, they are all beautiful.
