Human Architecture

February 24, 2013 - March 1, 2013
Mānoa Campus, Art Building, Commons Gallery

Gideon Gerlt presents his graduate thesis exhibition, "Human Architecture," in the Commons Gallery at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. "Human Architecture" is a mixed media sculptural installation that responds to sensory input from visitors and artificially emulates the organic structure of a neuron. Simply being present and engaging the sculpture by walking around and viewing it, viewers become participants who dictate its development.

The exhibition runs from Sunday, February 24 through Friday, March 1. An opening reception will be held on Sunday, February 24 from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the Commons Gallery.
