Improving Intercultural Service Encounters in Restaurants

This FREE interactive workshop is designed to help restaurant workers, particularly servers, understand intercultural differences and provide the tools necessary to help them succeed in these interactions. Attendees will be provided refreshments and a handbook they can take back to their restaurants that outlines what they learned.
