Men's and Women's Division
Max 7 players per team
Limit 2 collegiate football players per team (past/current)
Max 16 teams (first come, first served)
MUST HAVE VALIDATED UHM ID PRESENT

1st place= $100 UH Bookstore gift card (per team member)
2nd place= $50 UH Bookstore gift card (per team member)
*Min 3 teams per division to win prizes

-Pick up applications at: Campus Center Ticket, Information & ID (CC212) and Student Recreation Services Office (Lower Campus PE/A 200)
-Drop off applications at: Student Recreation Services Office (Lower Campus PE/A 200)
** To guarantee your team a spot in the tournament, we recommend that you turn in your applications to the SRS office before the date of the event.
