Join national bestselling author Darien Gee for an information-packed, one-day intensive on writing the stories of your life. In this workshop you:
• learn about the craft of memoir writing
• explore different ways to find your story and decide where to begin
• discuss challenges such as writer’s block and the personal and ethical issues involved in writing about real events and people
• develop a structure for your writing project
• set goals so you can finish what you start
• learn about different publication options to consider once your project is complete, and write!
Darien Gee lives and writes from the Big Island of Hawaii. She’s the international bestselling author of two novels published by Random House and three novels (written as Mia King) published by Penguin. Her work has been published in over 14 countries and is available in print, audio, digital and large print formats.
