Basic Editing with Premiere with Walt Louie

Learn the fundamentals of editing with Adobe Premiere. Everything is covered from bringing in different types of footage, setting up a project, creating a sequence, adjusting and trimming the elements, creating an aesthetic story, controlling the sound mix, enhancing with basic visual effects, titles and graphics, and finally exporting the finished product for distribution regardless of the venue. No prior experience is required, and all the footage is supplied for the editing exercises. All the major genres are covered, narrative, documentary, promos and commercials.

Walt Louie has been an editor for over 22 years. He has worked on award-winning shows and documentaries, films, sitcoms, trailers, sports programs, and is currently working as a commercial editor in Los Angeles. He has taught numerous editing classes in LA and Honolulu.
