Professor Daniel Harris-McCoy, UH Mānoa Classics Department, discusses his current project on the life of Rev. Claude DuTeil and the formation of the Institute of Human Services, here in Honolulu.

This project blends biography, political and urban history, sociology and the history of charity, social welfare and shelters in Honolulu.

The talk is free and open to the public.
