Pathways to Graduate Student Wellness Webinar

Graduate school can be a demanding time in individuals' lives with significant implications for mental health. This webinar will focus on methods for promoting effective self-care and maintaining better mental health during graduate school. Counselors from the Counseling and Student Development Center will provide practical tips for staying emotionally healthy while also providing resources on where to go for support when times are challenging. Registered students will be sent webinar details prior the event.
