Flavors of Italy Passport Dining Event

Manoa Dining Services is excited to share the deliziosa flavors presented by Global Chef Giacomo Uncini of Valvigna, Italy.

Chef Uncini has been touring college campuses in Arizona and California for the past couple weeks sharing traditional Italian dishes. He will share his culture and culinary flavors, including Tagliatelle Bolognese – Tagliatelle pasta served with slow cooked beef, pork, fresh herbs, red wine & parmesan cheese and Chicken Cacciatore with Risotto Milanese – A fricassee of Chicken & Porcini Mushrooms served with a saffron, white wine and parmesan risotto.

Join us for the Flavors of Italy Passport Dining Event on Tuesday, March 10 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Campus Center Lanai. Food Passports are $25.00 each and Food + Sample Wine Flight Passports are $35.00.
