Library Treasures Scholarships, AY 2020-2021: Call for Proposals

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic that continues to impact our students’ lives, the University of Hawaii Library at Manoa is offering for the academic year of 2020-2021 Library Treasures Scholarships. Students in any discipline and at any level of study are invited to submit proposals of projects that involve the use of the UH Manoa Library’s collections, and whose final outcomes will result in either research pieces or creative works.
The scholarships will be given to the best proposals (individual projects, up to $300; joint projects of two persons, up to $600; and joint projects of three persons or more, up to $1,000). Scholarship recipients will be required to present their final products at a public event that the UH Manoa Library will host at the end of the academic year.
The proposal submission deadline is November 25, 2020, and the notification of the applications' outcomes is December 11, 2020.
