Join an info session to learn more about the Charles B. Rangel, Thomas R. Pickering, and Donald M. Payne Graduate Fellowships. Fellows receive support for a master's degree, two internships, mentorship, and professional development. Upon completion of the program, fellows embark on a uniquely rewarding career in international service. Please join Patricia Scroggs, Director of the Rangel Program, Patrick Branco, native Hawaiian and 2010 Rangel Fellow, and Vanessa Adams, native Hawaiian and 2012 Rangel Fellow, to learn about program benefits and ask questions about the Foreign Service. The Rangel and Pickering Fellowships are U.S. Department of State programs administered by Howard University and designed to enhance excellence and diversity in the Foreign Service. The Payne Fellowship is a U.S. Agency for International Development program.
