Course Description:
First level introductory course in which concepts basic to nursing assessment are presented within the framework of the nursing process. Emphasis is on psychosocial and sociocultural assessment of the adult and geriatric client using basic communication skills. Simulated clinical experiences in laboratory setting. Open to Nursing majors only.
