U.S. EEOC Assistant Regional Attorney Taylor Markey and HCRC Chief Counsel Constance Yonashiro will discuss reasonable accommodations relating to pregnancy and domestic violence under Federal and State law, including the new Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (effective June 27, 2023) and the PUMP for Nursing Mothers Act (effective December 29, 2022). They will also share practical tips about complying with legal requirements in these areas and creating an inclusive work environment.
This event is designed for supervisors and employees, but all are welcome to attend.
