Email sent to your UH email account is considered an official channel of communication by the University.
All email for payments, refunds and payment plans will be sent to this email address so you are responsible for checking it regularly. You may check your UH email through MyUH or directly at https://gmail.hawaii.edu.
Please use your “hawaii.edu” e-mail when corresponding via email and include your UH student ID# in your message.
For inquiries about your student account, email billpayment-l@lists.hawaii.edu. For faster response, please include your home campus, name and student ID in the subject line of your email inquiry.
Although we welcome inquiries from parents, due to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), we are not be able to discuss with parents the details of a student’s account without the student’s written consent. We are only able to discuss general information with parents. Therefore, when making inquiries, it is preferable that the student make direct contact with the department or office involved.
