- Tuesday, December 9, 2025 9AM HST: Overview of F-1/J-1 Immigration Course, On-Campus Employment/SSN & Travel and Arrival.
- Tuesday, December 16, 2025 1PM HST: Overview of F-1/J-1 Immigration Course, On-Campus Employment/SSN & Health Insurance and Clearance.
- Tuesday, December 23, 2025 1PM HST: Overview of F-1/J-1 Immigration Course & On-Campus Employment/SSN & Finances & Banking.
All Pre-Arrival Sessions will be held via Zoom. Links to the session will be sent the day before the scheduled session date.
Session Content:
- Overview of F-1/J-1 Immigration Course: Comprehensive overview about the course as well as the required documents needed for submission.
- On-Campus Employment and SSN: Extensive overview about the different on-campus employment options available for F-1 and J-1 students as well as breaking down the SSN application process.
- Travel and Arrival: Provides important information to help you prepare for your journey to the United States and successfully navigate your arrival.
- Health Insurance and Clearance: General information about F-1/J-1 health insurance requirements and health clearance.
- Finances and Banking: General information about managing your finances and opening a bank account.
