How to access the Banner On-Demand Training (ODT) training videos or Ellucian’s recorded webinars:
Existing users: Go to: https://training.ellucian.com/pages/250/banner-home, click on “My Training”; and you’ll see your courses organized by: Not Started, In Progress, Completed
- Subscribe and sign-up for access, using this link.
- Once your registration is processed (allow up to 24 hours), you’ll receive an email from noreply@okta.com to complete your account set-up.
- After set-up is complete, UH’s designed training contact will assign you the appropriate training videos.
- New users will receive a confirmation email from “Ellucian Academy” when the training is available for viewing.
- Please monitor your inbox for messages from both Okta and Ellucian Academy.
Baseline Banner 9 On-Demand Trainng (ODT) video summaries and transcripts:
UH’s ITS negotiated with Ellucian to introduce Banner delivered features and functionality through Ellucian’s On-Demand Training (ODT) training website. To access these ODT videos go here (see previous bullet if don’t have access). These videos will be made available through August 2026. In addition to the ODT videos, AI summaries, transcripts and Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) may be available. NOTE: The Ellucian ODT videos, transcripts, AI summary, and QRGs are priorietary and should not be copied nor shared outside of UH.
