- March 14, 2025 to April 19, 2025 — (Banner) Friday @ the Movies
- April 28, 2025 — SEED2 (sandbox of new Banner) opens
- May 23, 2025 — BASE (configured baseline Banner) opens
July 1, 2025 — “Must Have” decision documents submission deadline
Cutoff to submit all priority and must have decision documents turned in to the Advocate or SW team member for functionality in October 2025 or for a future deliverable in 2026.
August 1-22, 2025 — Cutover planning
User review and finalization of processes and procedures
September-November 2025 — Availability of job aids and training materials
