The 2nd Annual Palikū Arts Festival, presented by Windward Community College, takes place March 31 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on the grounds of the Windward campus in Kāneʻohe. The festival is free and open to the public of all ages. Attendees are encouraged to come in costume or festive clothing.
