Wondering where to eat this semester? Now, no one will have to go far to find the nearest food truck at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. During fall semester 2019, food trucks will rotate in five different locations on campus almost daily.
View the different locations and schedules on the Food Services website.
“Our survey results show that some people don’t have the time to venture across campus for lunch,” said Beth Lehman, university housing, food services and mail services assistant manager. “We want to give those UH students, faculty and staff an opportunity to try different food trucks without having to go too far.”
In addition to established food trucks Da Spot, Govinda’s, Hot Tacos, Kamitoku, Sistah Truck, here are four new food trucks to try this semester.
New food trucks
- Just Ice—shaved ice, paninis, and poke bowls
- Doner Shack—Mediterranean plates, salads, sandwiches and wraps
- Ono Seafood—poke bowls and drinks
- Rocket Coffee—coffee, teas, acai bowl and ice cream treats
