This week’s UH News Image of the Week is from Kauaʻi Community College‘s Brian Yamamoto, a faculty member in trade technology.
Yamamoto shared “Breadfruit trees in Ulutopia a hands-on experiential culturally based farm on Kauaʻi Community College that feeds college students, food bank, DOE schools, and the needy in the community. Fruit are also provided to local businesses to develop value-added breadfruit products. ”
